Pricing

A platform fee, plus what you actually use.

AI infrastructure costs rise with usage. A flat fee either hides that or forces the vendor to throttle you quietly. This does neither — the usage sits on the invoice where you can see it.

Annual is simply the monthly figure × 12. There is no annual discount yet — when there is one, it will be on this page.

These are planning assumptions, not quoted prices. Tora Labs has not yet sold Hiulix to anyone, and the ranges are per MSP rather than per client site. They are the pricing architecture published in the company's five-year business plan, to be tested against real customers during the first six months of commercial operation and revised from what that shows. They are on this page because publishing the number you intend to charge, before you have charged it, is more useful to a buyer than “contact us” — not because they are settled.
Usage

The second half of the invoice.

Usage is metered separately so the price tracks the cost of running the agent rather than being averaged across everyone. It is also the honest way to sell this: a vendor on a flat fee has an incentive to make your agent answer less.

  • Conversation volume. What the agent actually handled.
  • AI processing. Metered on the model usage behind those conversations.
  • Voice minutes. When voice ships — it has not yet.
  • Additional agents and integrations. Beyond the one your plan includes.
Before you ask

Pricing questions, answered plainly.

Can I pilot it first?

Yes — that is the only thing on offer right now. Early pilots run at reduced or waived cost, and the founder handles onboarding for each one personally. In exchange he wants the honest version of how it went, including the parts that did not work.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

Standard SaaS terms are being finalised alongside the first pilots, and anything a pilot customer signs will be short and readable. If a specific term matters to you, ask the agent and it will pass the question to the founder rather than guess at an answer.

Is it priced per MSP or per client site?

Per MSP. The published ranges cover the agent on your own website, qualifying your own prospects. A per-client-site or white-label arrangement — Hiulix running on the sites of the SMBs you already manage — is the first thing most MSPs ask about, and it is not built and not priced. The agent will tell you that rather than improvise terms; if that is the shape you need, it is a conversation with Nodirbek.

What happens if usage spikes?

Cost unpredictability is a real risk of usage-based pricing and the company treats it as one. Usage is visible in your own analytics from day one, so a spike shows up in the dashboard before it shows up on the invoice. Caps and alerts are part of what the pilot phase is meant to get right.

Why not just build this ourselves?

If you have engineering time to spare, you can assemble a basic website chatbot. The cost that follows is not the build — it is the maintaining, testing and improving, every month, forever, by someone on your payroll. That is the cost the subscription is meant to absorb, and it is the honest comparison rather than sticker price against zero.

Ask the agent what it would cost you.

Tell it your headcount and your inbound volume and it will talk through which tier fits — and say so if none of them do yet.
